PRELIMINARY INFORMATION FORM IN ACCORDANCE WITH CONSUMER LEGISLATION

1. SUBJECT

This Preliminary Information Form,

This agreement covers the rights and obligations of the parties in accordance with the provisions of the Law on Consumer Protection No. 6502 and the Regulation on Distance Contracts, in relation to the sale and delivery of the product/products, the features and sales prices of which are stated below, sold by Noblist Design Tekstil Üretim Pazarlama İhracat Ticaret Limited Şirketi. (Hereinafter referred to as the "SELLER") to the CONSUMER(*).

All information provided to the CONSUMER regarding the product included in this Preliminary Information Form is valid until the Preliminary Information Form is approved and the Distance Sales Contract is concluded or until the changes regarding the product information are published on the website page related to the product before the conclusion of the Preliminary Information Form. www.noblistdesign.com is bound by the current information published on the website and it is hereby notified that the information provided in this Preliminary Information Form is not adhered to as of the change.

(*) If the buyer is a merchant natural or legal entity and/or the invoice for the product subject to the contract is issued in the name of the merchant buyer, the buyer cannot benefit from the provisions of the Preliminary Information Form and the law that grant special rights and opportunities to consumers and from consumer rights.

3. PRODUCT INFORMATION SUBJECT TO THE CONTRACT

This section describes the basic features of the product or products subject to the contract.

Deliveries are made to addresses within Istanbul within the first 10 (ten) business days following payment, and to addresses outside Istanbul within the first 12 (twelve) business days following payment. The order will be delivered by Yurtiçi Kargo. We do not deliver to Cyprus and the islands. A central address must be provided for such deliveries. Shipping costs for orders of 1000 TL and above are covered by the SELLER.

4. VALIDITY PERIOD

All information and promises presented to the CONSUMER regarding the product or service in this form are valid for the duration of the campaign publication, and it is hereby warned that the SELLER will not be bound by the information and promises given in this form after this date.

5. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

• The CONSUMER has the right to withdraw from the contract by rejecting/returning the goods within 14 (fourteen) days from the date of receipt of the goods or the date the goods are delivered to the third person/organization at the address indicated, without assuming any legal or criminal liability and without giving any justification.
• In order to exercise the right of withdrawal, the SELLER must be notified within this period that this right has been exercised;

2. with a continuous data carrier noblistdesign@gmail.com an email to the postal address or It must be reported via the Contact form which can be accessed via the link noblistdesign.com .

• When exercising his/her right of withdrawal, the CONSUMER;

1. a) The invoice for the product delivered to the CONSUMER or the person designated by the CONSUMER as the Person to be Delivered, (**)
2. b) It must be delivered to the SELLER complete and undamaged, together with its box, packaging and standard accessories, if any.

(**) If the buyer is a merchant or legal entity and/or the invoice for the product subject to the contract is issued in the name of the merchant buyer, and the buyer wishes to return the product, excluding consumer rights, the product must be sent along with the return invoice to be issued when returning it. (If the buyer is a merchant or legal entity and/or the invoice for the product subject to the contract is issued in the name of the merchant buyer, the buyer cannot benefit from the provisions granting special rights and opportunities to consumers and consumer rights regulated in this Agreement and the law.)

• If the value of the goods returned by the CONSUMER within the scope of the right of withdrawal decreases due to the fault of the CONSUMER or if the goods in question are destroyed due to the fault of the CONSUMER, the CONSUMER must compensate the SELLER for the value of the goods or the decrease in their value.
• If the CONSUMER exercises his/her right of withdrawal, the SELLER shall immediately initiate proceedings with the relevant bank to refund the product price to the CONSUMER's bank account or credit card account within 10 (ten) days from the date of receipt of the notice of withdrawal.
• The shipping costs for products returned due to the right of withdrawal are covered by the SELLER. The shipping costs for products returned to the SELLER without a notice of withdrawal will be covered by the CONSUMER. The CONSUMER understands and agrees that in such cases, they will pay the shipping costs.

6. VALIDITY

After this preliminary information form is read and accepted by the CONSUMER in electronic environment, the phase of establishing a consumer contract will begin.

7. COMPETENT COURT

CONSUMER may submit their complaints and objections to the Consumer Problems Arbitration Committee or Consumer Court where the CONSUMER purchased the goods or services or where the CONSUMER resides, within the monetary limits determined by the Ministry of Customs and Trade every December.
