SALES AND DELIVERY CONDITIONS

All our prices include VAT. Our products are priced in TL.
- Payments:
You can make your payments with all major credit cards, secured by Iyzico. Installment payments are subject to your bank's terms and conditions.
- Validity of Your Orders:
Your orders are valid when payment reaches www.noblistdesign.com . Therefore, your orders will be fulfilled based on stock at the time payment is received. Unfulfilled orders will be refunded.
- Delivery:
- The shipping costs for your orders of 1000 TL and above are covered by our company.
- Orders within Istanbul are delivered within 10 business days, and orders outside Istanbul are delivered within a maximum of 12 business days.
- Since the shipping fee is paid at the time of purchasing the products, there is no additional shipping fee at the time of delivery.

- If your shipment is damaged, crushed, or wet, please do not accept it. The shipment will be returned to us.
- After receiving your shipment, you can open and inspect it with the courier representative. If any items in your order are missing, incorrect, or damaged during the inspection, please request that the courier representative prepare a report.
- Reports prepared at the time of initial delivery, witnessed by the cargo representative, are crucial for identifying the culprit responsible for any missing or damaged shipments. Any reports of missing or damaged shipments submitted after receiving the shipment may be rejected upon inspection due to the lack of a written report.
- Order Cancellation, Product Return and Exchange Procedures
Return (Right of Withdrawal)
You have the right to return (withdraw) the product within 14 days from the delivery of the product.
If the BUYER exercises his right of withdrawal, the SELLER shall immediately initiate proceedings with the relevant bank to refund the product price to the BUYER's bank account or credit card account within 10 (ten) days from the date of receipt of the notice of withdrawal.
To return your purchased product, please complete the relevant fields in the "My Orders" section of your e-store. Your request will be sent to us automatically. You can track the results of the evaluation in the "My Orders" section.
For refunds; All returns you make must be made at www.noblistdesign.com must be made by the cargo company.
General return conditions are as follows;
- Returns must be made with the original box or packaging.
- The product must be returned undamaged, with all accessories and copies of the invoice.
- Returns of products whose original box/packaging is damaged are not accepted.
- You must send the original invoice (all copies) along with the product you wish to return.
- The shipping costs for the product you wish to return are covered by our company. You must send the return through the same shipping company that delivered it to you. Products sent through other shipping companies will not be accepted.
- If the invoice for the product you wish to return was issued to a VAT taxpayer (a natural or legal entity required to issue an invoice), the return invoice must be sent along with the product when returning it. The return invoice must be issued excluding shipping (product unit price + VAT). Returns of orders issued to VAT taxpayers (a natural or legal entity required to issue an invoice) will not be completed unless a RETURN INVOICE is issued.
Change

- Special packaging materials and accessories, if any, must be delivered with the product.

Broken, defective or incorrect product shipments are processed by filling in the back of the invoice for the relevant order and sending the products to our company.
Cancel
You can cancel your order from the "My Orders" page. Online order cancellation cannot be done if your order has been shipped. Product cancellations will be processed by us as soon as possible.
